Natures Flame sells and supplies wood pellets throughout New Zealand
Description of facility:
The natural pine wood residues used to make Nature’s Flame pellet fuel is sourced from New Zealand’s long-established plantation forestry resource. No native forestry or timber is used to make Nature’s Flame pellets. Our wood pellets are made at factories in Taupo and Rotorua.
The Taupo facility, opened in March 2010, has annual production capacity of 40,000 tonnes a year. Depending on demand growth, Nature’s Flame has plans to expand the Taupo plant up to 300,000 tonnes a year over the next three to four years
